Well maintained stuff with very good behaviour
This was a perfect stay after my indigo flight got affected, neat and clean rooms, cordial staff and everything available near by. Would refer this hotel to my friends for a pleasant stay. Close to Howrah and shalimar railway station.
Even after confirming booking, this hotel had the audacity to say "there's no room. Please contact the service provider who sold you the room." Is this the standard of hospitality in our country?
