1 AverageI had a terrible experience staying at this property, and i strongly advise others to avoid it. firstly, the room was completely unhygienic, far from any acceptable standard. to make matters worse, the table in the room was broken, adding to the discomfort. what was even more disappointing was that the room displayed on booking.com was entirely different from what i got in realityboth the room and the hotel were not as advertised. despite staying in the room for only 30 minutes before deciding to check out due to the awful conditions, the property still charged me the full amount, showing no understanding or accountability for the misrepresentation and poor experience. this was an extremely disappointing experience, and i wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. false advertising, unhygienic conditions, and zero customer service made this stay unforgettable in the worst way possible.Mohammed Irfan Zahoor ., 3 Dec

5 Fabulous“great stay! the hotel is in a prime location, close to major attractions and transport. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained. overall, good value for money, though the wi-fi could be faster. highly recommend!”Mayank Sharma, 11 Oct

3 GoodAfter travelling from chennai to the hotel, only to find that bed linens including pillow covers been laid which were not washed and used for atleast last 10 customers.. the stains and rotten sweaty smell were intolerant. but the staff was courteous to give me another room which also was in same pathetic state and finally ended up in a big room but that bed sheet and covers appeared to have used atleast 4-5 times and i was totally tired and asked for a single clean bed sheet and slept on top of it. so this hotel may be suitable for those who never mind sleeping over and using multiple guest used but unwashed linens and can tolerate those sweaty stained unbearable smells.Amith Debnath, 3 Sep
