3 GoodIt’s a room and hot water that’s about it. wifi was sketchy, and down one day, classic reaction given of the technical support is working on it. i think places miss the point of it should not have issues to start with at all. staff are inconsiderate which kind of added icing on the cake. location is okay, it’s a bit out of town which is a nice change and is easy to get to and from the airport. probably the kind of place you would spend a night in or maybe two, but definitely would get annoying for a longer period. if i was a traveller i wouldn’t stay here regardless of the reviews. service quality needs to markedly improve.Luca Mills, 1 Mar

1 AverageThis is the worst hotel ever. the bed linen was stained. the geyser did not work. i complained. nothing was done. the sheets were not changed over three days, water not replaced. no proper ventilation, no cleanliness, no provision for tea or coffee in the room. electricity went. no backup. the rooms are cramped and pathetic. the area is crowded and awful. the receptionists play loud music all night and are gormless and stupid boys who keep changing and do not even know who is staying and who is not. i was stopped every night. my keys were taken to repair the geyser but nothing was done. i would never recommend this place. nobody picked up the extension number to the restaurant. indeed there was no service to speak of. brown, filthy water came out of the bathroom tap. the wifi was awful. go at your own risk.Ashley Tellis, 1 Feb

4 Very GoodI stayed in this hotel for three days. the location was nearby the hicc hyderabad, where i had some work. the room was clean, odourless, but didn't have ventilation. water in the toilet was regular. there was provision of good quality drinking water, and i didn't have to buy bottled water. that's a huge up side. on down side, the door lock was not working. overall considering the location and the rent, it's very good accommodation for those, who're travelling alone for office work.Tathagata Mahintamani, 24 Jan
