1 AverageI had made an urgent booking at prestige castle through fabhotel. however, the details and photos shown on fabhotel’s website do not match the reality at all. this is not a real hotel but just an apartment, and it was in very poor condition. despite making the full payment, i had to change the hotel because the room was in such a bad state. there was a terrible smell in the room, and the condition of the washroom was worse than a roadside public toilet. even after speaking to the hotel manager, no solution was provided. i don’t understand how this place has a 4.2 rating on google — it’s beyond comprehension.Nadeem Khan, 12 May

1 AveragePathetic room condition and service. ac is not working for the room 403 given to me. the rooms are dusty and have small cockroaches. the bed sheets and pillows are stained. the building itself is an appartment converted into a hotel setup. the room service is just a phone number who doesn't respond to none of your queries. photos for the reference.Sai Visal, 6 May

1 AverageI had booked 2 rooms here for 3days on booking.com and upon reaching there the manager says he did not get any booking. although i showed him the booking on app and the email confirmation, he was not ready to allot the rooms. and then he said, he only has one room for the 1st day and agreed to allot 2 rooms for the next 2 days. out of no choice, we agreed to that. it's basically a paying guest setup within which they run this hotel business rooms are small, and if you open the wardrobe, there is no space to walk out. bedsheets and quilts were dirty. good things about the place : location, parking for both 2 and 4 wheelers and wifi quality was decent. toilets are not maintained, faucets and shower were leaking. toiletries were not provided. the 2nd room that we got the 2nd day was even worse. half of the sink there was broken already and they did not even have a basic rail to hang clothes in the bathroom.C H Sarathi, 22 Apr

1 AverageI had a pretty bad experience. 1. ac wasn’t working (room 305). 2. bedding wasn’t clean. 3. washrooms weren’t clean. even the room had a bad smell. i couldn’t stay there for even an hour, and had to book another hotel. i’ve submitted a complaint to fabhotels customer care as well.Aayush Gupta, 2 Apr
