Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.

Rooms were good, but no toiletries were provided, water was also not provided even when the booking clearly showed 1 water bottle per day would be provided. the person at the reception made a weird face when asked for an extra towel.

Very bad experience, no almirah,no cloth hangar, cockroach in room, no food available, staff is very rude, very noisy room, i can never suggest to book this hotel.
