1 AverageOne of the worst places i have stayed. the service is really bad. it's not worth a third of the money you pay. you need to call them and keep asking for basic stuff multiple times to get anything done. even basic stuff like room service, we stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned twice. that too after asking like 4 times. and even then i don't know what they cleaned, there were still empty bottles and wrappers around the dustbin. also they have some rodent issue as well. we came back to the room to find that some of our food was nibbled by rat/rats. when we told the guy at reception, he didn't even try to deny it lol, meaning he the staff already knew about it. also they say breakfast is included, but in reality you have to call them and tell them what you want, and they'll order it from some cheap restaurant and it'll be cold by the time you get it.Rwithik Manoj, 24 Feb

1 AverageI have book the hotel from 15 th february 2025 ,till 20th february only good thing about this hotel is near to secunderabad raily station and it's on main road . under construction no room service even their is no board. wile booking its a fab hotel but board over their is white rich hotel .fab customer care also won't respond when i called them for address, very bad experience, from next time i will never book this hotel,i now then book hotel from oyo its a worst for that priceDevendra P, 20 Feb

4 Very GoodWe had check-in at this fab hotel on 27th december. while we were on the way to our room, we got a call from the fab hotel reception and they have informed us that there has been a water leakage on the floor due to which we were shifted to another hotel. we were not that comfortable with the last minute change but we somehow went to 'oyo townhouse' which was the new hotel where we were shifted. i was concerned about the rooms and how they would be but sravan goud, the receptionist, received us well and co-operated with us. the rooms were very clean, professional and the staff service has been excellent bring us our needs. we needed an extra mattress for our driver and we were provided with that too at no extra cost. bathrooms could have been a bit clean and shower gel was missing which was anyways provided by staff to us. this is the review of oyo townhouse but not to fab hotels since i didn't stay in fab hotelV Vivek Timothy, 28 Dec
