Room was Not clean ,worst cleaning,Online booking but Room not vacant at final destination when was reach at there,adjust in another place

They claim to offer free Wi-Fi, but it isn't available. There aren't even plates provided for the complimentary breakfast. There isn't even a plate available for food ordered from outside. Room service is poor; whenever I call, they say the staff is out.
