1 AverageI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. i had paid an advance to secure a room for my guest, but upon arrival he was informed that no room was available for him . this is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management and booking system of the hotel. despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the staff was unhelpful and offered no alternative solution or compensation for the inconvenience caused. my guest was left stranded without any assistance. this lack of professionalism and accountability has left me with a terrible impression. i would not recommend this hotel..Zahid Shafi, 12 Jan

1 AverageIt is the worst hotel so far,i made a booking from the mmt and it was clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed so we came to the hotel and told them to show the room,they showed us the room and we liked it and then i told them that i already have the booking and already paid and then he was like oh you have to go downstairs and then said we don't allow unmarried couples as it is against our hotels norm after really showing us the room because they were asking for double amount of money as mentioned in the app,worst experience never book it onlineAnkush Sharma, 11 Oct
