1 AverageIt is the worst hotel so far,i made a booking from the mmt and it was clearly mentioned that unmarried couples are allowed so we came to the hotel and told them to show the room,they showed us the room and we liked it and then i told them that i already have the booking and already paid and then he was like oh you have to go downstairs and then said we don't allow unmarried couples as it is against our hotels norm after really showing us the room because they were asking for double amount of money as mentioned in the app,worst experience never book it onlineAnkush Sharma, 11 Oct

4 Very GoodFood was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarianChander Mohan, 25 May

4 Very GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 16 Mar
