




No professionalism. I booked on booking.com , made the partial payment as requested by the fab hotel online but when reached, they asked extra money. It took me more than an hour for checkin. Extremely poor behaviour.
The reception ma'am who was calling herself the owner refused to give me the room next time because I did not make the cash payment.. But I will definitely not come to your hotel next time, everyone cares about their dignity.
