    In the fab hotel app it's not shown how much spacious it is. but after check in the room i was provided it was so small that even kids would feel suffocated. then we changed the room for which i was charged more 600 rupees. in the app it's written about balcony. they said the rooms with balcony are smaller than the room we have checked in. this was executive according to them. they don't have any further spacious room in the building. make sure you check the pictures and then think to check in, with that service is very bad i would say. you ask them for anything they will take hours to do or might forget it even. they don't provide wifi when it's written in the app free wifi. lol. think wisely before you choose this hotel. only room no. 303 is spacious and good to stay as per my recommendation.

    The checkin process took 45 minutes... i was standing there for the whole time.. staff isnot helpful at all.. i had to shout at the receptionist.. that man was terrible... tv not working... washroom not clean... requested for dental kit.. they said no... requested for in room breakfast which they denied... towels were dirty... requested for tv to be corrected which they didn't.. didn't help in guiding me to book the room.. the front desk person don't know anything... glasses sent were dirty.. ac was not working properly.. checkout was terrible too... i am super duper dissatisfied.. that was my bf's bday... and they didn't do anything... they completely ignored us... we both are hoteliers andwork in a 5 star hotel.. we know how guests are treated.. i am completely disappointed...

    Check in was late.. staff behaviour at the time of checkin was rude.. very bad room allocated... this was my 5th stay but they don't bother about repeated guests. ac remote was locked. so we were unable to control temperature. most of the channels in tv are not subscribed. they dont provide dental kit. breakfast was terrible. only tea bread chowmine..everytime they delay the checkin process.. management is pathetic..
