Worst hotal that I ever seen..they charged double 1500 for one night.they wil not accept booking through booking.com .they cheat us.not go with family.its just like chakla ghar.dirty blankets dirty room don't go..bed bed totally weste of time and I hate kolkata because of this hotal

The worst experience i ever had. No proper desk and very lazy man on the desk don't even bother to listen. Very fake people. Please don't take family in this place 🙏 No breakfast, No dinner , No lunch , no cleanness, no kettle , no water for drinking unless you ask. Very bad experience.
