The staff need to be more professional. we found many small things that could be improved to give the guests a better experience such as 1. the room had an electric kettle but there was no glass, 2. only one towel was given for 2 of us, 3. breakfast portion was too small, 4. no butter or jam was given with toasts even after asking, 5. room was cleaned on the second day that too after asking and yet linens weren't changed, 6. 500 ml water bottle was given at check-in but no replenishment in the next days.

The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... the room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. i must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. and its in under reasonable price.

The hotel was very centrally located..... our stay was short but very pleasant.... . the room and facilities were excellent with a luxurious bathroom.... he staff was especially hospitable and friendly.... would not hesitate to come back....

Really good hotel, i look forward to staying here . the staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. it is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. rooms are spacious and good value for money.
