1.they are not provided any tooth paste and toothbrush, for that they are taking extra charges. 2. bathroom flash is broken it is not working properly. 3.in bathroom body shop, shampoo, hand wash, all are empty. 3. for dinner time i asked them for bowl, kitchen stuff said they don't have. 4. i halp

Eventhough we booked the room including breakfast the hotel refused to serve breakfast. there behavior was rude

As. a single woman on work in kolkata, this hotel was perfect my purpose. clean and neat rooms with all working urliries like ac and geyser. staff were very polite and helpful. metro is just 2 km away and this was a boon since i had to travel in the city on work. victoria memorial and gariahat market are also within 10 minutes drive. overall a good and safe atay.

The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. extremely clean. one problem though: the receptionist (the lady) is extremely rude with customers and tries to strongarm them. after i stayed for one night, i proposed to extend my stay for 10 nights and asked for a 10% discount, a bare minimum. she gave it but later rescinded the complimentary breakfast, which effectively canceled the discount. i was thus forced to leave. this is a pity because the hotel was nearly empty, and this resulted in a 18 000 rupees loss for the owner, whom she refused to call on the phone. some managers these days really need to be reminded than they should represent the business interest of their boss, and not their own pride...

Over all not a good experience due to communication problem with fab hotels and the hotel. called fab express and make a reservation for premium room over their recorded line but the hotel gave me the smaller deluxe room. had no choice but to stay as i like making reservations in advance. better to visit the hotel and see if you like the room before paying in advance as i was charged for premium but got the lower-end room. false assurances were given by fab hotel customer care while booking. service was ok but over all not worth the price. breakfast served in the room was good.
