The bedsheets was not good it was dirty staff was not good and they have charged more than they have told me at the time of booking

Very bad experience... Dirty rooms, and the fab hotel executive didnt respond once we confirmed booking and after receiving online payment. The stay is completely uncomfortable for family. They even dont change towels, bedsheets and blanket. Highly disappointed 😡
