There is broken window of the room no 714 .. floor was also not clean even dust of cigarette filter are on the table . with no any handwash In the washroom .. I book my breakfast and dinner with the booking .. But hotel management did not provided my breakfast ..
I had booked this hotel for my Kolkata 25km run. And they denied the stay even when i had paid them the booking amount. It was so difficult to find a different accommodation after arrival.
