I had booked this hotel for my Kolkata 25km run. And they denied the stay even when i had paid them the booking amount. It was so difficult to find a different accommodation after arrival. 2.5k for this hotel is just unjustified. Cleanliness zero, room service a big zero. If you don't have to restrict yourself only to that locality, prefer staying at hotels in howrah or sealdah. You'll get better rooms in just half of the price. Had there been a zero rating I would rather go for that.
Everything was fine, but tv remote was non functional
Absolutely horrible experience. Worst stay ever. This was the most pathetic hotel experience of my life. The rooms were in a shocking condition and completely unfit for guests.
