Bul se bhi book nahi karna, especially if you have guests with you. this hotel booking seemed too good to be true in reviews and picture, and unfortunately, i fell into the trap. • the room lock wasn’t proper. • no internet connectivity in the area. • no restaurant. • the rooms were just okay. • frequent power cuts. • the hotel is in a very odd location (transport nagar, where transportation parking happens). • the staff was average at best. • the receptionist was a pure insensible. he called me 10 times within 10 minutes infront of my guest for things that could have easily been handled later. due to internet issues, some things weren’t going through, and he wasted my entire day. i was insulted in front of my friends who visited me. they told me they’d never seen such poor service. the basic support you expect from a hotel was missing. look, no one books a hotel for a random walk-in. i needed support as i was new to the city, and they failed miserably. this is the last time i’m booking with fab hotels. such a cheap company with a cheap mindset, ruining their guests’ entire day.

Only one concern in this hotel rest of services are good in hotel trijal inn. wifi not working pls provide better wifi service to the customer's

Clean and spacious room. very polite and good behavior staff. i hope to visit again here.

This hotel is extremely nice. rooms are too specious and neet and clean ,food was too delicious and tasty,and the behaviour of hotel staff is too good and friendly, they are very helpfull for us and i saw they are helping to other guest, so i highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was so coperative and pleasant stay there we had a great experience there

The room in its condition was good, but there was a lack of basic amenities. amenities such as towel was provided only after request and soap was not available in the hotel. further bucket, mug were also not provided even after request. the staff was courteous but not upto the mark.
