"extremely disappointed with this hotel! booked a spacious, bright room with a king-size bed and modern amenities, but what i got was a cramped, dingy space with a tiny double bed and outdated furnishings. the photos online were clearly deceptive, showcasing a room that was nowhere near what i actually received. false advertising at its finest! management's response? a feeble apology and a shrug. save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this dishonest establishment!"

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

I have booked breakfast and paid for same but no one at reception responded to my calls if breakfast was not available why i was charged also i was not informed of my previous bookings i need a call back from fab hotel as you have wrongly charged and caused inconvenience

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

It was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.
