1 AverageThis is my second stay at fab. the hotel staff was polite, prompt and receptive to feedback, everything else was substandard and below my expectations from fab (following my first stay experience). the linen, towels and pillow covers were stained and had holes, all these items had to be changed on request, the replacements were not fresh looking/smelling either (despite coming from the laundry). the room wasn't dusted properly, walls were spotty due to moisture, cobwebs in a couple corners near the ceiling. the bucket and mug in the bathroom was dirty looking/stained. the shower was useless because it projected the water only half a foot from the wall. the breakfast was below average, limited options, oily. the tea kit was old and unhygienic, and was incomplete (no spoons). a bottle of water was provided on the first day, had to be requested on the second day and wasn't a sealed water bottle when it arrived. the ac was not cooling properly unless set to 21 degrees or below, and the air had a wet, musty smell likely because the filter wasn't cleaned recently. the room and corridor both were cramped, but this can be forgiven because this is mumbai. however the awful stale smell in the corridor cannot be forgiven. overall a pathetic experience due to many small things. i suspect fab is more to blame here than the hotel premises because their branding is supposed to assure a minimum service quality which wasn't met. i had booked for 3 nights but had to find an alternate place to stay. the booking promo code wasn't applied to my booking either, meaning i was i charged more than i signed up for.Mahtab Soin, 9 Feb

1 AverageI choose bad for following reasons: 1. the rooms and other space of hotel is superbly neat and clean. 2. but the room is too congested for two persons even after choosing room for 2 persons. 2. service is not good.. because they calling us guest but not treating as guest. 3. we don't get morning breakfast as per your policy.. so i asked them at the time of checkout your receptionist tolds me to 'you have to call us.' but if i'm not calling you then it is duty of room service. (we are paying service tax even it is not compulsory by govt of india) 4. there is no decency with my guest. 5. i also know that you are not going take actions about this topic. such a waste of time.. have a good day.Udaharanarth Nirmit, 7 Apr

1 AverageFrauds! frauds! frauds! i vacated the room immediately after seeing the rooms. paid 2500 such a shady place. it was nothing like shown in the pictures. customer care to inform this incident was unbelievable. no response no help. use apps and people at fab hotel. please don't cheat your customers or the people on such apps. terrible experience. please donot waste your money on these hotels. i have mailed the fabhotels response team for refund and such terrible experience. if i don't get a reply from them. i'll have to move legally and take this matter to the social media so that nobody have to face such issues to anyone else in the future. fraudsters!!!Sonu Francis, 10 May

1 AverageThis is the most pathetic hotel i ever stayed in. the customer service overbooked the hotel & wanted to transfer me to another hotel that was far away from this place. the room given to me was 5 inches away from the reception & they had loud conversations till 4am & didnt let us sleep so that we leave the room. the bed sheet had food fallen on it, they were not willing to change the sheets also. next day i was transfered to another room but the reception called us at 11pm & requested us to check out at 1am saying that they have guests who want to check in at 2am..... i was surprised - never have been in a fix like this.Neelam Sharma, 8 Feb

4 Very GoodOne thing which i disliked was the price for the size of room i got... at first i thought that the prices are high because it's new year but as soon as i confirmed this by paying some amount i started getting better and cheaper deals and after i saw the room i was like "wtf!" the room was so small ... i felt regret of booking this ... they fooled me with the size of room they had.. it feels claustrophobic ... but yes the location, cleanliness and staffs were good... so the next time ofcourse i am not going to book this hotel just because of the room size they have..thank youPriyanka Sharma, 31 Dec

1 AverageVery bad experience, i booked this hotel blindly just for fab. i clicked pictures, i dont know how and where to upload. tv was not working. there were no telephone in the room. ac remote was bot working they set temperature on 21c. we were wanted 18c but thay said wo dont have remote... wow! flush was not working in washroom, there were literally potty in the washroom. i asked front desk to clean it. what a welcome. pillow was torn. ceiling was dirty literally black patches on white ceiling. when u sleep you can see that dirt only.Majeed, 14 Feb
