This is a fabulous stay. the rooms are small but keeping in mind the price point, it is worth the money you pay. particularly, the way ahmad bhai takes care of our every little needs all 24 hrs a day makes it feel like home. mehboob at the front office is very helpful. sleep quality, cleanliness are great.

Brand new value hotel in a heritage building in historic colaba. within 15-minute walking distance to gateway of india and cafe leopold.. fantastic owner-manager is a truly caring and welcoming human being. suggest booking the relatively larger rooms as the standard ones are suited for a single occupant with minimal luggage. quiet, good wi-fi, clean, friendly staff. on second floor (no elevator). overall good on convenience, amenities and value.

-1000 stars!! we turned up to stay for 4 nights, i don’t think they had wiped a surface in a year. the bathroom had toothpaste, dirt and poo everywhere. the bedroom had a thick layer of dust and there was a pile of half eaten toast in the corner. the whole place stank of cigarettes as they let you smoke in the rooms. it’s was absolutely disgusting, we checked out immediately and found somewhere down the road.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

It's bad. this hotel is purely for making money and nothing else. small room unlike as mentioned on the app. they push to pay asap. very pricy and untidy. too noisy, can't sleep. ringing landline will not let you sleep.
