We just left the hotel after checking in for half hour because the rooms were congested, washrooms were not clean, the hotel is putting fake photos on every platform just to fool the people please do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Even after proper booking online through fabhotels website service was worst. they didn't even provide towels,soap. room wasn't that clean. also there was only one hanger in cupboard. overpriced food.hotel staff behaviour weren't supportive.

Worst experience. worst customer support by agoda pathetic customer support by fabhotels disgusting hotel staff, no manners to talk to clients or handle issues. complete payment was done with agoda, also had email confirmation as paid and confirmed, but staff denied the entry and made us sit in lobby for an hour. only after making another payment they let us check in, money was refunded later but very bad experience.
