The room was infested with cockroaches. no ventilation, no window in the room. seepage issue on the walls. fungus stains on the headboard of the bed.

This is one of the worst stays. water leaking through walls. very small and cramped rooms. photos on the site or google search do not match with the real hotel. the water flow in washroom was also not good. the surroundings were quite unclean. for breakfast they gave only vada. no ventilation. no toiletries provided, only one soap. the plug points were not working. overall the stay was gloomy and depressing. the hotel is close and walkable to marol naka station and is only a few stops from the airport. it's close to many restaurants in this area. other than this, there is no advantage to the hotel.

Worst hotel i ever visited. book it for 3 nights via fab hotel website and paid complete amount in advance. this is hotel a hotel it is dumpster with extreme wall seepage issues everywhere. they showed me 2 rooms and said this is the only option we have for deluxe room that i’ve booked. in one of the rooms water was dripping from the ceiling and entire room was wet. other room had car lift opening inside the room. 3rd room they showed said it is a premium room and made me pay 1500rs extra for it. room was the size of match box with zero ventilation in bathroom and room, ac was not working properly kept on turning off in every 5 mins. it was so suffocating i left in 1.5 hours. hotel didn’t gave me refund and fab hotel customer service was no help either. lost the rs10000 i paid for shitty place.
