I am very disappointed with my stay. One of the basic facilities expected from any hotel is hot water for bathing, but there was no hot water available in the room. Instead of fixing the issue, the staff brought buckets of hot water from another place, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable....

Receptionist was very bad in his service and doesn't know rules and regulations,and water was not coming properly in washroom and no signal in the t.v ,after calling to fab hotel customer care than the receptionist knows the rules .
