Average hotel on a budget. Noisy guests!!

So pathetic hotel good for nothing. I booked a premium room but it looks like a chaal. We were having room with breakfast but they charged for breakfast too 200rs and in breakfast they only provided tea and butter toast. Money got waste simply bkz I booked another hotel then.
