When we check in the hotel and open our room. We were welcome by the king size cockroach. Whole hotel was stinking like hell. There were no hot water on the first day of our visit. 2 star is just for the location because it was near by our place of visit.
Average hotel
The photos shown in the make my trip app is not at all what it actually looks like. We had booked premium room for 3 people and it was really very small, we could not even fit 3 trolley bags. Hot water was also not coming from the shower, we had to request multiple times to turn the boiler on.
