FabHotel Prime Land

Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service i received during my recent stay at one of your properties. i had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. first of all, i had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price i booked at was too low. this is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with fabhotel and offer a discount? the issue was eventually resolved after i contacted fabhotels customer care, but this should never have happened. if the pricing was an issue between you and fabhotel, it should not affect your guests. secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded aadhar cards from all four members of my party. one of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. once we checked in, the problems only got worse. the tv and wi-fi were not working, and there were major water issues. the bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when i called room service to report it, i was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. if you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? on top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. to add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. when one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! this is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. fabhotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, i strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. this was the worst hotel experience ive ever had, and i will not be returning to this property. i advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation.

It was not a good experience...but a hotel near sion local station...its good experience with local trains...if you travel in mumbai...local trains are a better option. there are no better food options near fab hotel prime land.

One of the worst stay in my life, pathetic service, rooms filled with bed bugs, broken shower, no water in jet sprays. attitude of staff makes you feel disgusted, anything that you highlight or ask for is unheard. never plan your stay in this place. i was bluffed & fooled looking at the reviews, ended up making biggest mistake to book it for stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the comfort of the room was top-notch, making me feel right at home. the breakfast facilities exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to all my needs.

One of the worst experience i had.m. guest were not allowed after 8 pm... after 8 pm..in every 5 min they were knocking the door to vacate the room by guest..though it was a business meeting.. requested to cleann the room.. but nobody arrived.... requested tor towel.. only songle towelnthat was of veey low quality towel was provided by them.. room walls were dirty... tv wasnt working...... better gp and do offline booking ..you will get cheaper price....
