At first glance, i waa disappointed at hos congested this area was, but overall it was an okay stay. not great. it's located in saki naka, about 500 metres from t2 of the mumbai airport. that's pretty much the only highlight.

One of the worst experiences ever. the reception staff as well as the hotel staff is rude and ill mannered. they didn't allow checkin for stupid reasons as well as the rooms are dirty as well as smelly. the room service is pathetic. i would recommend never to book this hotel. there are better options available in the vicinity if you want to save yourself from torture. would rate it zero out of five stars.
