I had a great stay at the hotel The rooms were clean comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive I also visited The Orange Spa in GTB Nagar which was relaxing and well maintained. Overall it made for a pleasant and refreshing trip.

Very bad service. The reception staff behaved very rudely and was not cooperative at all. It was a very disappointing experience. For such an expensive hotel, the level of service was extremely poor.

Over all hotel is good and clean but when it comes to payment they never settle on it. Sometimes they charge twice sometimes they charge less than ever. And believe me it’s never about event or day. It’s just their attitude.
