Worst hotel ever. They promise super deluxe room and silently downgrade you at checkin. They promise extra mattress but never provide them when needed. Mattress was wet and pathetic quality. Please avoid it at any cost. Reception staff has no coordination and blame each other for mistakes.

This is a very bad hotel, Please do not book it. The rooms are in very bad condition,bedsheets and pillow covers are very dirty,the toilets do not have soap, bad smoking smell is coming from the rooms,the service is very bad,the staff took 2 hours for the changing of bedsheets.
