FabHotel La Paz Stay B&B

Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. a good clean hotel with friendly staff and good food. a special thank you to mr hem chand at the concierge desk for going over and above to arrange a visit to the local doctor and staying with us to help us. that was especially kind and very reassuring for us.

I used this hotel on regular basis but this time its a bedest experience, i have book a room with breakfast and paid in advance also but hotel staff was asking for breakfast payment. i stayed here for 3 days but no one came for room cleaning for a single day.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and my experience was far from pleasant. the room i was given had a door sized transparent window with no curtains, that wouldn’t close because it was jammed, which was very concerning for my safety, especially as a woman. it made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. i had to exchange my room with a friend's room as the staff wasn't bothered and said no one is coming on the third floor you can stay here safely. the room that i got in exchange was even worse as the room was full of mosquitos and the staff even after repeated request did not provide any mosquito repellent of any sorts, things of basic necessity were not available for example soap and towels. nobody was even accepting calls at the reception which was very unprofessional. additionally, a friend who was staying in another room got stuck in the lift, and it took the management nearly an hour to get him out. this clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance and responsiveness to emergencies. we did not get our complimentary breakfast on time, even after repeated requests it was served to us 2 hours late. when our cab arrived at the hotel to pick us up from this hell hole, the security denied the existence of the hotel altogether and tried sending our cab away.the overall facilities were not up to par compared to other hotels i’ve stayed in. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. i wish i could have given a minus rating to this hotel, but the least i can give is 1 star.

Pujan vishwakarma manager is well co operative, he has provided well service to me until my stay at law paz stay. this place is well connected, and nearby there is a malviya market just walkable distance. overall i enjoyed my stay.

The stay and food was very lovely. i came with my family and it was beyond my expectations, reception was very neat and staff was very polite and helpful. room was also neat and clean with the beautiful view of roof side area. my family and i enjoyed a lot. and specially the transportion services which was a complementary shuttle service from both ways to airport to the hotel. thank you for your wonderful services fabexpress villa 18

It was an amazing experience with la paz stay. the manager pujan is a very humble person with supportive nature and staffs are cooperative too. must recommended to book a stay whenever u are in south delhi.
