All i wanted was a peaceful place to stay - but never expected such worst service. No towels, no kits, no warm water - I don't know what they are even charging the money for.
I often travel abroad for business, but my experience at Hotel Moro was very poor due to the staff's rude behavior. The bathrooms had broken fittings... and the amenities were completely nonexistent.
Lack of service, no kettle, no room service, pathetic condition
