Most horrible experience of my life. Would not wish this on my worst enemy. I had no choice but to spend one night there in a room I finally got at 5am when I was there at 11pm. Left after spending one night to a different hotel. Don't blame the staff. They were decent people. The company is disgust...

It was a horrible experience. When we went to check in, the people weren’t even aware of the booking. Hence we couldn’t check in. We had to find another place and it was such an inconvenience at is was night. Very sad arrangement.
