1 AverageWorst experience of service and totally rude behaviour by receptionist. also after requesting many times for dinner quality improvement that has been not done. it was pathetic experience with the hotel food, i think it is better to eat road side instead of hotel food. i’m travelling last 12 years as a guest but this experience in delhi was too too pathetic. i’ll never try to go their and also suggest with my known people don’t go their.Raj Singh, 24 Oct

3 GoodRooms: are maintained neatly. service: is very good, specially vivek is very friendly and ensures to provide the best from his side. location: no proper name board is displayed, in the evening the street lights are missing and no sign boards are displayed on the road to give direction indicators. autos or cabs keep on canceling whenever we are trying to book onlineKrish, 22 Oct

1 AverageThere was a huge security issue. locality was very bad. just outside, a person was having ganja. our room has a common balcony attached to another room, and the balcony door lock was not working. it is not recommended for a family at all.Mudit Khare, 3 Oct

1 AverageRoom is small but room was clean but owner is greedy my frnd made online booking for me and at the same time i paid them offline also and when i asked them to return my money i said i had made online booking to return me my money that i have paid you for offline booking and these both booking was done in same time and then guess what they said we can refund only 50 percent of amount and 200 rupees gst will also cut cut a greedy person i stayed for 3 days and they cant even return my amount poor poor poor the owner is a rich person but his greediness is on heightsSabby Singh, 10 Sep
