2 AverageI have booked a premium room with breakfast, checked in at 9.30 pm and they gave me a deluxe room for 1 hr. after 1 hour they asked me to keep the deluxe room i denied after that they deluxe room to someone else and i was waiting at reception for my premium room to get cleaned. no towels were provided in the night and i had to ask twice in the morning for the same. they don't have a kitchen and breakfast is pretty booked in the night and they bring it from outside. nobody took the order after asking three times. i have pre-informed that i had to leave the hotel by 8.00 am anyhow but they keep asking for 5 mins and breakfast has not arrived till 8.35 am. i left for work without breakfast. the hotel is new but they are under staffed, seems they don't have experience in operations. if you can accept the leniency in the service you can stay here.Kashif Arif Shamsi, 20 Feb

1 AverageI booked the stay for 8 days but had to checkout in just 2 days. when checked in they asked for full payment and when i entered the room a used towel was lying there, washroom was extremely dirty, dustbin was full, no toiletries provided had to ask for it more than once, and what not! they say breakfast included but they came with a packet of poha and tea and the morning that too without spoon and even after asking for spoon it was not provided.no tea, milk power, coffee provided and when asked for it thrice they came with 1 packed coffee saying they don't have tea and that too after 4-5hours.Sridhara, 22 Feb
