It was the worst experience ever. we were not allowed to check in because the tariff which we had paid (through booking.com) was low and the staff was asking for extra money! after more than 2 hours we were allowed to check in. the first room that they sent us to didn't have a geyser and the second room, their geyser was not working. the third room didn't have proper doors and just glass sliding doors whose locks were not working properly. overall it was the worst experience ever and i don't recommend it at all.

1. bed sheet not clean, quilt was dirty 2. pillow cover was dirty & torn 3. wash room not clean. water from bathing area not going to drainage.

Blanket were not cleaned and no toothpaste and goodies were given there were no hand towels only the large one are given. brackfast tast ok but very small quantity is given.

Worst stay experience in this hotel. my booking was paid in advance through make my trip, and check in time is 12 noon same as all hotels have and i have reached after 12 noon but they said no room available and had given room at 7 pm and next they asked me to checkout room at 11am. they dont even have any shame on there bad services. very rude behaviour of staff and rooms are like jail. washroom roof has water leakage. i will not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.
