1 AverageIt was a horrible experience for me.ac was not working.tv was not working.room was stinking.washroom was not so clean.blood stains can be seen on bedsheet.and betsheet was torn.overall it was worst experience for me.and it was a fault of fabhotels management.they shifted me there becuse wherever i booked my hotel they refused and told me that we are full.so its a management fault and we suffered.D, 28 Sep

1 AverageI did booking a month ago through fabexpress, i reached there and i was denied checkin saying "we wont give room for such low price". i contacted fabexpress team and half hour later they tell me they will refund. updated: 1 month later after this, i get a call from the owner apologizing. and he mentioned that febexpress is chargig him the cancelled amount... he requested me if i can lie on a call with his managers saying i cancelled the booking so that he wont be charged. @fabexpress please take a noteRohan Vyas, 16 Mar

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 25 Jun

1 AverageRooms and the floor were very dirty and dusty. acs doesn't work. beds and towels were changed for names sake and they are dirty too. rooms were not cleaned before giving to us, we even found a dirty underwater hanged in bathroom door knob, probably by the previous occupant. not at all family friendly. felt very unsafe staying one night with the family.Akhil Sakella, 17 Apr
