I recently stayed at hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. the state of the rooms was deeply disappointing. upon arrival, it was clear that the cleanliness standards were severely lacking. the rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible dust and stains on surfaces. to make matters worse, i encountered cockroaches in the room, which is both unacceptable and alarming. this level of cleanliness is not only off-putting but also raises serious concerns about hygiene. the amenities provided were equally problematic. the hotel advertised free wi-fi, but it was either non-functional or so unreliable that it was essentially useless. while the staff were polite, their ability to address these issues was limited. despite bringing the cleanliness and wi-fi problems to their attention, the responses were either inadequate or delayed, and no effective solutions were offered during my stay. overall, my stay at hotel was marred by serious issues with room cleanliness and essential amenities. i hope the hotel addresses these concerns to improve future guest experiences, but based on my recent visit, i cannot recommend it.

Room was in pathetic condition. there were small cockroaches everywhere in the room. when i arrived late in the evening and switched on the light, i could see cockroach on the bed and all over the room. condition of the bedsheets was even worse. there were stains all over. house keeping staff does not even bother to change the bedsheets once the room is vacant by the customer. and the worst part is they offer rooms on hourly bases, you know what does that mean? this was one of my worst experience. i am not stepping into that hotel ever.
