Not neat and clean. If you arrive in the morning they will count upto 12:noon as previos day charge for a day from 12 noon to next day 12 noon. So if you go to the hotel in the morning they will 1+1/2=1 1/2 days rent. This is there almost all hotels in Pune
Staff was polite , rooms were good on budget. It is inside mall so at evening it's quite lively with all food stalls outside . Kids playing . Only issue is rooms don't have proper ventilation .
