Management is bad
Worst receptionist, very rude she has no sense how to talk with customers and she think’s she is the owner of hotel I req hotel owner to take action on her if u want your hotel to stay reputed
all i need to say is horrible receptionist. 0 professionalism, 0 respect, and she is absolutely crazy. do not go here.
It was worst experience, the receptionist was so rude. They were denying to accept the booking through Make my trip. Overall it was horrifying experience that they don't know how to respect the guest.
