Worse experience i have ever get. My guests are at the main gate but the gate is closed. No staff, no response from hotel. No response from customer care of fab hotels. Even the reception is not open. Not recommended

The hotel's location is quite far from the main ghat, and due to heavy traffic, the travel time feels even longer than the actual distance. The rooms and amenities are ok, but the wifi is not at all good as well as when I connected my microsoft account was compromised , the wifi is not secure please use your own internet
