3 GoodWater supply was poor and was coming through the taps very minimal. what shocked me was the room size. i have booked 2 rooms. one was deluxe room and the other was a suite room which was shown as 410 sq.ft in portal. but tge room size was very small around 250 sq.ft. and the surprising part is that it was not a suite room as tge sofa was also kept in tge same room.....there was no living room which was mentioned in the portal. please look into this as the customers shouldn't be misguided in portal. you should publish the real sixe and tyoeof the room so that customer like me can select another hotel.Mir G Moinuddin, 21 Feb

4 Very GoodJust okay. i had booked the room one week in advance through their call centre. still when i went there they said all rooms are full. then they said wait, one room just got vacant, we will quickly clean and give. room was just okay. only one small medimix in the name of toiletries. received the tea kettle on asking. no iron box even on asking. service is quick. they only cook idli and dosa for breakfast, only for people who book online. for lunch and dinner they have kept a menu of nearby restaurant and they deliver food to the room.Shilpa Agrawal, 18 Oct

2 AveragePlease don't mention breakfast bcz they serve only idly and tea is not good at all, regarding service no lights infront of room they can't provide brush&paste also and finally for any verification they should complete before they allocate room but these people came to our room around 11 pm without any notice which we felt very uncomfortableLusanta, 26 Dec
