Stayed here for three nights and was very happy. The hotel is in an excellent position for seeing New Delhi, the bazaar and the train station. Rooms clean and good selection on menu for breakfast. The manager sachinand Alham was exceptionally helpful to us and gave us good advice.

I’ve known the owner personally for the past five years — a genuinely nice and down-to-earth gentleman who takes great care in ensuring guests have a pleasant experience. The hotel is located conveniently on Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, with easy access to the airport and other key areas. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are equally large, with provisions for 24x7 hot and cold water, which is a big plus for travelers. I’ve stayed at this property over 10 times in the last few years, and I can confidently say that the experience keeps getting better every time. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which adds a personal touch to the overall hospitality. There is an in-house restaurant that serves both breakfast and meals. While the breakfast menu is limited, the standout point is that each item is freshly prepared only after the order is received, ensuring freshness and taste. I have been to this hotel very recently. Honest review:- It is not as per fab standard, you pay extra for the standards but that standard is not there. They do not have inhouse restaurant which they claim they have while booking. There is not enough staff to cater to our needs. I stayed there for 2 days and the room was cleaned only once before check in. Despite of repetatively telling them to clean the room they did not clean. Location is great as it is located next to jankpuri east metro station gate no 2. Delhi has greater connectivity anyways so if you are ready to pay this price than definately go for some better option. A person named shailesh took my booking online and I had clearly said I would need early check in, when I reached hotel I was denied checking in early and then this person Shailesh even didn't picked my call. The hotel reception boy helped me to get the room early so five start for him.

Fab hotels are biggest scammers and liars. I did advance booking for my daughter's tournament in Delhi, close to the tournament venue.but as we reached delhi they shifted us to a distant hotel, they told it is 2-3 kms but it was 5 km from the venue. Having no options we had to go to that hotel for stay. Due to this distance problem we asked for early checkout after getting a hotel close by, but these rascals charged extra. The hotel owner was vely polite and cooperative but fab hotels are scammers. Pls never ever book with them if you want a comfortable, smooth and safe stay with family.

Horrible experience. Hotel’s front upper side is broken, building is too old and fealty. Fruit flies roams all over the place at entrance. Two story building, life doesn’t work, you have to pick your luggage and go straight up. Rooms are okay okay, only good thing was AC which was must needed in hot temperature of Delhi. You are on your own here. Staff doesn’t pick phones. I tried calling multiple times at night to discuss about the morning breakfast. Staff was busy but couldn’t pick neither called back. Morning we had to leave without breakfast, even when breakfast was included in the paid amount, as staff denied to serve breakfast before standard time. For dinner bill, he exaggerated and asked for amount, when we showed the bill and did tally amount with menu, he said, jitna hota hai dedo. Behaviour was careless, expected a bit of cleanliness.

The room was wasn't clean at all with holes of cigarettes in the bedsheet and comforter. The lights can't be turned off as it doesn't have any switch inside the room and room was not clean and super dirty . They haven't provided with any TV or anything and toilet seat was also broken . Kindly think twice before booking this place . I even told the receptionist that i will review like this as it was around 2:30 am in the night when i checked inside cause i didn't had any other place to go. I told him to change the room but he didn't wanted to intentionally
