FabHotel RK International
I would like to share my genuine experience with this property.. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Room is equipped with good size window with good air flow. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked pretty well. Bathroom is clean with adequate size. The breakfast served is really nice and of good quantity. We also tried the restaurants seafood platter one evening, which was fresh and well-prepared. Room service is also very wonderful
FabHotel Airport Retreat
I have a bitter experience while leaving the hotel. Today morning at 4 am while checking out it was heavily raining and it was very difficult to cross over to the road to catch the taxi for airport as the ground between the hotel and the road was full of slush and water. I had to cross over through knee deep slush water to catch the taxi. I had to travel through out wearing smeared shoes and pants. If there is no proper access to the hotel from the road , it will be very difficult during rainy season.
FabExpress Gulshan Grand
I stayed at FabHotel Gulshan Grand for 2 days. While the location was convenient — with easy access to public transport and just a 20-minute walk to the Gateway of India — there were several downsides that made the stay less comfortable. What I liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean toilet. Good connectivity and location. What I didn’t like: The room and veranda were very small and felt congested. Only one bottle of water was provided for the entire 2-day stay. The hotel is on the second floor, and the staircase leading up was extremely dirty. No proper ventilation in the room, only AC airflow. There were rats running above the ceiling, and the staff said they were on the terrace. Overall, the stay felt overpriced for the facilities offered.
FabExpress Prakash Inn
Mixed Experience – Helpful Staff but Unjustified Extra Charges We recently stayed at Hotel Prakash Inn after a long 700 km journey from the South. While the hotel itself was decent and the service boys were extremely helpful—especially Mohsin, who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay—our experience started off on a sour note. Upon arrival, we were charged ₹500 extra per room for an early check-in, even though the owner wasn’t around and it was the receptionist’s decision. Despite explaining our exhaustion from traveling such a long distance, the receptionist insisted on the charge. We paid it simply because we were too tired to argue further. Other than that, the stay was comfortable, and the staff (apart from the receptionist) were courteous and attentive. I would recommend the hotel for its service team, but management should reconsider how they handle early check-ins, especially for guests arriving after long journeys. The hotel Rooms need a bit of paint and the new linens or washed linens every time for a new check in
FabExpress Konak
I booked a stay here for 24hrs by calling on Fabhotels helpline number.. The agent Sandeep +91 99918 51853 helped me booking my stay and i paid 500 advance also asked for window room the agent said yes and told me that I have updated later on it turns out that the hotel manager gave me a non window small room and when I said I have asked for window he said that I don't know all that pls contact the app helpline and charged 500 extra for window room where I have already paid the amount given on app invoice.. So overall it's a bad experience for me and got scammed by both the customer care and hotel. I would never recommend fabhotel and especially Fabexpress Hotel Konak to anyone.
FabHotel Twigo Inn
Absolutely Disappointing Stay Would Never Recommend! I recently had one of the worst hotel experiences at The FabHotel Twigo Inn. Right from the moment I checked in, things started going downhill. 1. Room #1 Cockroach Haven: We were initially given a room that was not only poorly lit but also infested with huge cockroaches. The walls were damp and in terrible condition. When we brought this up with the staff, we were told the blame lies with the rainy weatheras if that justifies such unhygienic conditions in a hotel that claims to offer decent accommodation. 2. Room #2 Leaking Ceiling & AC: After several complaints, we were finally shifted to another room. Unfortunately, this one was no better. The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the AC was dripping, and to top it off, when I woke up the next morning, the entire floor was wet. It was incredibly unsafe and downright miserable to stay in such conditions. 3. Room #3 Dirty Bathroom & No WiFi: The second day, after more complaints, we were moved once againthis time to our third room. The condition here was also far from acceptable. The bathroom was dirty, and the WiFi barely worked. At this point, I had completely lost hope in the hotels ability to provide even basic comfort and hygiene. Photos vs. Reality: The rooms looked nothing like whats shown in the pictures online. This hotel seriously needs to verify and update the photos they advertise because they are completely misleading. To make things worse, when we asked for a cancellation and refund due to the appalling conditions, the management outright refused. They had already charged us in full before we even saw the room, which left us with no choice but to stay. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid The FabHotel TwigoInn unless you want to waste your money and ruin your trip.
FabHotel Corporate Rooms Vakola
Most pathetic experience till date .. booked hotel based on reviews on makemy trip and main website .. all reviews are fake photos and reality are way too different.. No towels no handwash no shower gel .. no one is bothered to change the bedsheets and empty the dustbins .. garbage of two days stayed in room only I myself threw that on thrd day morning. Two guests breakfast in one plate that too after asking pls give breakfast at 10.30. No one to attend on reception entire day .. even at the time of check In waited for 20 min then called through app ... Pls pay bit high and choose good hotel .. instead of paying your hard earned money to these fake reviews hotels .. FAB HOTELS worst hotel even hotels at hill stations in low prices are much more hygienic and well mannered.
FabHotel Prime Palm Grove
Very bad service couldnot even give water bottles on time have to ask for everytime. Even on last day we didn't get any bottles and I didn't want to ask for it again so we left. They didn't even mention breakfast timing and if we need to go or will provide room service and we went for breakfast late the first day. Second day my child was having health issues and while going for breakfast health deteriorated so had to come back to room but upon knowing the situation too they didn't offer breakfast in room and while I asked if they could bring breakfast they denied and we didn't have the breakfast that day which we paid too.
FabHotel Grand Heritage
Extremely Disappointed – No Support for Medical Patients and Misleading Information I had a deeply disappointing experience at Fab Grand Heritage Hotel BKC. After a long and tiring journey, we requested early check-in—something that was clearly confirmed by Fab Hotels beforehand, along with assurance that a ground-floor room would be available. Upon arrival, not only was early check-in refused despite our willingness to pay for it, but we were also told there were no rooms on the ground floor. The only available room was on the second floor, which was simply not an option due to medical reasons. What's worse is the complete lack of empathy shown by the staff. Rather than assisting, they were argumentative, dismissive, and spoke in a loud, disrespectful tone. It was heartbreaking to see that even though the medical condition of the guest was visibly apparent, there was no attempt to help or accommodate. There was no compassion, no humanity. India is growing fast economically and culturally, but basic human values like empathy and support—especially for female senior citizens and medical patients—seem to be missing in places like this. It's upsetting to think that in a country known for its hospitality, guests in pain are treated this way. We have a lot to learn from developed countries where care, kindness, and even love for animals are prioritized far more than what we experienced here for human. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with elderly or ailing family members. A place that cannot show basic human decency is not worth staying at.
FabHotel Royal International
Room was not same as shown in the pictures, didn't get the room with any windows for which I had paid extra while booking. After requesting for room change there was no available room even after trying to contact Fab-hotel no help. Washroom was dirty and smelly. Room was claustrophobic and smelly and in a bad condition. In the same price you can get way better rooms in the nearby Area. Worst experience ever. Was stuck to stay will not recommend to anyone will either suggest them to stay away from it
