I made the booking via cleartrip but thee hotel authority has denied the checkin at 1145 pm stating that the cleartrip has not cleared the payment to the hotel and asked us to contact with customer support of cleartrip. this made me to go for another hotel at night and caused inconvenience a lot.

Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.

Very bad experience with this hotel. i booked the room for vfs appointment.i double checked with fab express team and they confirmed me that early check in is available if rooms are available. but once we reached there the staff behaviour was very rude. they asked us for 30 percent extra for just 2 hrs, even though we will check out before 5 in morning.next thing is that the rooms shown in the catalog vs room you are getting is entirely different.the rooms are cramped and amenities like tv won't work. maximum the room will cost you 1000 rs along with all tax. the room is nearer to the road, so forgot about sleep at night because of the traffic.these guys don't even give extra bottle of water, even if we are ready to pay. the only good thing is wifi.never ever book online via fab express. first visit the rooms and pay them if the amount they are asking worth it.
