1 AverageSubject: urgent complaint – unprofessional and aggressive behavior by hotel receptionist don’t book this hotel unsafe for family i am writing to report a very disturbing incident that took place at your hotel around midnight (12:00 am). the hotel receptionist behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner. he came to my room, knocked on the door, and then began to argue and fight. he refused to allow me to close the door and forcefully pushed it, attempting to enter my room without permission. his behavior was threatening and made me feel extremely unsafe. based on his actions and condition, i strongly suspect that he may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time. this kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety. i kindly request that this matter be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be takeSiva Ranjini, 19 May
