1 Average*disappointing stay at fab hotel phoenix resort bangalore* i recently had the misfortune of staying at fab hotel phoenix resort bangalore, and it was a huge letdown. the room's door lock was faulty, and the ac had a noticeable leakage, making the room uncomfortable. to make matters worse, the toilet facilities were subpar, with no hot water available. the room's walls also looked poorly maintained, giving the entire stay a sense of neglect. considering the issues we faced, i would not recommend this hotel to others. the hotel's location is convenient, near mahatma gandhi road and namma metro vidhana soudha, but the poor maintenance overshadows its benefits.Shwetang Naik, 19 May

1 AverageNot recommended unfriendly staff, didnt provide two towels, water bottles also provided only after asking that too half litre, rooms doesnt look like photos provided, bathroom had leakage and cockroaches, no food available, all in all huge disappointment for the money paid, i will never book this hotel again.Anuradha G, 2 Jun

1 AverageWorst behaviour by the incharge sitting in reception (elder person). i booked in their offical website only but he was not satisfied with amount i booked. he shown that frustration on me directly and asked me to wait almost 30 minutes. room and location is good. not better in terms of room service, not given towel also. completely money minded people.Raagav Dream Universe, 4 May

4 Very GoodPros- location is good at the heart of central bangalore, church street and stadium at walkable distance. rooms are good and clean checkin was smooth . good breakfast restaurants are nearby for morning breakfast and tea. cons- no dining inside the hotel. they did not have any cuttilary, i asked for a plate, bowl and spoon i got reply that they don’t have a single spoon and bowl in entire hotel, that was surprising since i paid a good amount for the room. after checkin no towels were provided, when i asked they said i am sending but i had to call them every hour to remind and finally they sent after 10 hours at night . tv has no active channels just the free stuff. wifi was not working properly in entire room , only when close to door it was working ok . overall i had good experience but at this price range it is not worth . there should be more value added to itSandesh Tayde, 21 Apr
