*stay away from this hotel* if i could give it zero stars i would, absolutely disgusting hotel.
we reached the hotel and they gave us a option with the rooms which was fine, we got into the room and within 10 minutes of being there we spotted 3 cockroaches, a bunch of mosquitos and i went to use the bathroom and there was 'poop stains' on the toilet seat and a opened bottle of hand wash. we confronted the foh and the man couldn't care less. i said that we would be back after finding a hotel and come back to collect our belongings. we found another hotel and then came back, the man had the audacity to say that i would have to pay for the 3 hours our bags were there! i was furious and very clearly said i won't be paying a single penny! he then called someone and passed the phone to me and i explained the situation which the man on the phone said i don't have to pay anything and i can leave. disgusting customer service, disgusting rooms and safe to say that whole hotel is a hazard. stay away!

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel at all costs!
i had a horrible experience with this hotel. i had paid extra online for an early check-in, but upon arrival, the staff flatly refused to allow it. no explanation, no apology – just arrogance and complete disregard for the customer.
the reception staff, in particular, were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. it felt like they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. zero hospitality, zero courtesy – shocking for a hotel in this industry.
i strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. if you value your money and respect, there are far better options available. i will never return and will make sure none of my friends or colleagues do either.

A nightmare experience – avoid this hotel!
i booked this hotel in advance, expecting a hassle-free stay. instead, i kept receiving automated messages pressuring me to send money via a suspicious link—even though i had already agreed to pay at the property and provided a credit card, as per booking.com’s policy.
that was bad enough, but what happened next was far worse. the moment i landed in india—alone, past 8 pm—i received multiple messages saying my booking had been canceled. as a solo female traveler, this was beyond stressful.
i immediately tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. desperate for answers, i contacted booking.com, who assured me my reservation was still active and advised me to go to the hotel. trusting their advice, i took a cab. but just five minutes before arriving, the hotel finally confirmed that my booking was indeed canceled—and to make matters worse, they claimed it was a chargeable cancellation, demanding 100% payment despite the fact that i never canceled the booking.
i was left stranded on the street with my luggage for two hours, scrambling to find a safe place to stay. the hotel never responded, nor did they provide any valid explanation. the most frustrating part? i had stayed here before without any issues, making this treatment even more shocking.
i didn’t even bother trying to speak with the hotel staff in person—after everything that had happened, it was beyond terrible, and i saw no point in arguing.
i rarely write negative reviews, but this situation left me with no choice. it’s now 10 pm, and after an exhausting search, i’ve finally found another place to stay. this is the last thing anyone should have to deal with after a long flight.
how can such treatment be acceptable in the hospitality industry? absolutely unacceptable.

This was the worst hotel i have seen. seen because i did not checkin due to the bad and stinky rooms. there is seepage on all the walls.
lost my entire amount as the room was ore-booked.
please don’t fall for the photos, these are fake photos. the rooms are full of smoke smell, bed sheets are soiled and torn.
i have my doubts that this place has been undertaking illicit activities.
the receptionist and workers very arrogant. they completely denied any responsibility towards the guest.
i sincerely hope that they change the way hotel rooms are.
fabhotels also denied any responsibility. it’s a shame that fabhotels is looting people by mis-guiding the travellers by showing fake photos of the rooms.
