Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Ac was not working , as we told to receptionist he told sorry we can do anything...is this what fab hotel give service,im regular customer... next time i won't stay on any fab hotels i had a very hot stay no air nothing , litterly im fed up

Everything was okay,except the toilet. the taps were almost leaking. very bad smell was there from the closet, even after washing thoroughly by the cleaning staff.

The location is so convenient that on a sunday morning i reached airport within an hour. the hotel is a bit easy to miss since it is located a bit inside a premises,so following the location on maps is important. the staff is really good. the room was decent . they don't have an in house restaurant but there are plenty of food options around. and the best part it is at a stone's throw distance from mantri mall.
