Lift is not working, hotel is not according to the price what you have charged , we booked for two days and left in one day because of the hotel atmosphere.

Asked the staffs to change the bedsheets and they told they dont have any new sheets left and made up silly reasons not to do it. in my opinion dont ever visit fabhotel the btm palace. they even charged me additional money for washing the sheets.

Location is top notch that is the biggest positive. rooms are fine and service is available when needed so no complaints

Located in great place and near to many restaurants.. rooms were good, restroom could be better but no complaints. staff were very helpful
