FabHotel Silver Inn I

I stay in hotel silver in for two days.the environment of the hotel is awesome food is very delicious and staff behaviour is also very good good hotel for family and friends

It was a pathetic stay. rooms were untidy and had bad smell. bathrooms were not clean. water supply was not good. it's not at all a place to stay with family. worst stay experience ever.

"i had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. the staff was shockingly arrogant and treated guests with complete indifference. from the moment i checked in, i felt unwelcome and ignored. simple requests were met with rude responses, and the level of unprofessionalism was astounding. the service was appallingly poor—rooms were not cleaned properly, amenities were missing, and any attempt to ask for assistance was brushed off as if we were an inconvenience. it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. save your money and stay elsewhere—this place doesn’t deserve your business

I stayed for 5 days. for those 5 days there was no wifi and no hot water in the morning. they said hot water is available till morning 8am. they are expecting to taake bath before 8 in winters. however when asked for hot water after 8 there staff arranged from somewhere. for breakfast they will only give poha and bread butter when insisting for other options they arranged aloo paratha. rooms are not cleaned properly even bedsheets have so many stains on it. cockroaches inside the room. overall i would like to give only 2 starts.

Had a very bad experience.

It was my son's first birthday party where they spoiled the party by serving stale food, tasteless food, rooms were ok ok only, not 3 star type....service of the staff was pathetic, not at all supportive in anything, especially the manager mr. baljeet and mr. jagdeesh mandal doesn't have manners to respond to the client/customer properly...they have zero maturity handling...the location is near the prabhat petrol pump but they do not have their own parking space...mr. omkar is a nice person who handled before and at the time of booking, but when the handover was taken by the other persons of the hotel including their waiters as well, they were so immature and misbehaved too...such a childish act seen along with lots of wrong commitments..if anybody is reading from hotel silver inn, you must apologise to us whatever you guys did with us, it was a shameful feeling for us infront of our guest specially after the party where some of our relatives and nearest ones also confirms about the quality of the food....still you guys have time..kindly improve your services and handling too... thank you and this is a very genuine feedback from my side.
