1 AverageIts a pathetic hotel!! the rooms are dirty and the hotel is very shady. the entire space, room, washrooms and utilities were very dirty and absolutely disgusting. the blanket and mattress had brown marks all over it. there was dust and cockroaches in the room. the washroom was slippery and weirdly dirty. it is not hygienic at all - dont go by the pictures. do not book this place!! even though its under fabhotels it is absolutely disgusting and not safezShipra Sood, 23 Dec

5 FabulousRoom was neat and clean. everything in room was in working condition but you have to use wifi and phone hotspot to use tv. there was no lift facility in 3 storey building, this thing was so much disappointed me. staffs were too polite and service was good. every floor, entrance and exit was under cctv surveillance so no worry it's safe.Anup Jena, 22 Nov

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Nirmala, 2 Oct
