Having booked my stay well in advance through fabhotels directly and receiving confirmation at fabexpress, 13, jothi nagar, moulivakkam, porur, chennai tamil nadu 600125, i was incredibly disappointed to be turned away upon arrival at this hotel. the staff informed me that they were unable to accommodate me despite the confirmed reservation. this left me scrambling for alternative accommodations, significantly impacting my trip plans. this incident highlights a major concern with the hotel's booking system. if confirmed bookings can be rejected at check-in, it renders the entire pre-booking process unreliable. this lack of coordination between the hotel and fabhotels creates a frustrating situation for guests who rely on confirmed reservations.

Mr.madhan and mr guru were great hosts. was reffered by a friend to this place. i came to conduct a exhibition in nandambakam trade center. this place was close to the trade center and was maintained well. they have full time care takers and a manager present at the property. all were very helpful.
