This place has a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way to see that we are comfortable. we love the rooms and the air conditioning has been amazing. the proximity to the food cannot be beaten. i cannot stress enough how wonderful our stay has been. thank you thaiyaba for blessing us!

The rooms had an excellent fan and a/c unit. the bathrooms were very clean. reception was very nice and helped us with anything we needed, even giving us dining and transportation suggestions.

Excellent value with very clean, simple rooms with ac and wifi. in the heart of selaiyur, near tambaram. walkable distance from restaurants. great service. very professional, friendly and responsive staff. beautiful terrace to enjoy the morning sunrise, cool breeze and yoga. in a quiet, residential neighborhood. highly recommend.

The rooms were contrary to what was on the website. this was one of the worst stays that i had in chennai.neither the amenities were good nor the attitude and behavior of staff/hosts. dirty bathrooms, accessories and bed linen. in fact you would not feel like even cleaning yourself in the washrooms or lying on the bed. small congested suffocating rooms!. bad location. worst possible experience
