The impression i had when booking was that of a hotel like ginger. but the act experience is of a lodge. the big surprise gaps 1. no intercom,2 no glass for drinking water, no drinking water , 3. you ad said no prepayment but the reception wanted me to pay even before check in, 4. bed sheets are too old. 5. tap in bathroom is not ok, 70% water get wasted as it doesn't fill in to the bucket. 6. no provision for complimentary or in house breakfast. 2 good things are it has a couple of good restaurant nearby & a famous murugan temple with in waking distance.

No parking facilities… rude behaviour of the hotel receptionist. poor housekeeping, bed bugs and mosquitoes inside the room. haven’t sleep properly., don’t trust the five star ratings., haven’t received my refund yet.

The room was not ready. the pillow cover and bedsheets were used and dirty. very poor management. not at all recommended for family! please avoid this place if you looking for a pleasant stay.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

I haven't seen any fab logo or anything about fab related. pathetic room, no cleanly ness, muddy water for bath, full of mosquitoes important thing is power is off in midnight 2-3 hrs and there is no power back up hotel. highly not recommended

Very bad i asked water bottle and towel for 3 times but they didn't provide an till my check out min. very bad location no proper windows so the traffic sound and mosquitos very too much, never going to book in fab anymore no trust at all boz even the images are fake
